Community space for hire

Since purchasing our property at 83 Whatley Crescent, our Bayswater and Noranda Community Bank branches have been approached by groups who want to use the space for various purposes.

Our original plan was to wait until planned renovations were completed before going down this path however, the need for a community space in the area seems so great, we have decided to open the building for hire while we finalise our plans and before renovations begin.

If you require a space for seminars, meetings, presentations, information evenings or similar, we would be happy to chat to you to see if we can accommodate your needs.

While reasonable consumption of food and beverage during or after such events is ok unfortunately, due to various restrictions, we are unable to lease the space for parties or events where alcohol will be sold.

The space includes a board table, a basic kitchen, air conditioning, WIFI and toilet facilities, with parking at the rear of the building.

Please read the booking form which includes more information, including hire rates which are substantially reduced for non-for-profit organisations.
