Bendigo Bank is celebrating the continuation of its partnership with the Bendigo Football Netball League (BFNL), reinforcing the Bank’s longstanding purpose to feed into the prosperity of its customers and the community.
The renewed partnership sees Bendigo Bank continue as the Major Partner of the BFNL and the naming rights sponsor for the League’s Senior Football competition.
This extension celebrates an enduring relationship in regional Victorian sport, built on a commitment to the community, Bendigo Bank Chief Marketing Officer Sarah Bateson said.
“Since 2008, Bendigo Bank has invested more than $22 million in grassroots footy clubs, giving back almost $100 million in profits for sports and recreation clubs and organisations across all states and territories since 1999,” Ms Bateson said.
“The BFNL brings people together, fosters local talent, and creates a vibrant, connected community, both on and off the field. We value our long-standing relationship and are excited to help the league continue to grow and thrive."
BFNL Manager, Tom King said the renewed agreement reflects the strength and stability of a partnership that has been developed over many years.
“Bendigo Bank has been a trusted and loyal supporter of the BFNL for a long period of time,” Mr King said.
“Their ongoing commitment as the Major Partner of the League and our Senior Football competition is significant and provides important backing to the continued growth and profile of the BFNL.”
