What you need to know about updating your policy.
Depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to a refund or a partial refund if you have paid in advance. Speak to us when you cancel your policy and we will let you know what refund you can expect, and how long it should take for you to receive it.
We will send you a renewal notices before your policy expires. The renewal notice will let you know when your next payment is due to continue the policy.
It is a good idea to annually review your contents insurance policy to make sure the insured sum accurately reflects the contents of your home.
