Sponsorships & Grants

Sponsorships and Grants

We are committed to supporting local communities

Yes, it’s time to feel good about who you bank with.

Our Community Bank branches give up to 80% of profits back to the community. We aim to develop long-term prosperity by supporting programs that help empower local individuals and groups within the local community.

Our community contribution funding pool is unfortunately limited. We often receive far more community funding applications than we can support. To be transparent and fair, we have introduced a new robust process for application assessment, funding and evaluation. These processes meet today’s regulatory standards and community expectations.

Two separate application forms are available. One for Sponsorships and another for Grants & Donations (Community Funding). These forms are available to download from this webpage or you can request a hard copies plus supporting information from the branch.

There are four rounds of Sponsorship allocations each year.

  • Round 1 submissions must be received before 31 January
  • Round 2 submissions must be received before 30 April
  • Round 3 submissions must be received before 31 July
  • Round 4 submissions must be received before 31 October

There are two rounds of Community Funding allocations each year.

  • Round 1 submission receipt required by 28 February
  • Round 2 submission receipt required by 31 August

Applicants will be notified of outcomes within 6 weeks of submission end dates.
