How it works
The Fund is an 'active' Fund, meaning that the investment manager selects assets based on changing market conditions, with the aim of achieving the Fund's investment return objective (aim).
Sandhurst has selected Investors Mutual Limited (IML) as an investment manager to manage the Fund’s Australian industrial share assets. The Fund invests directly in a pool of ASX listed industrial shares (excluding resource shares) selected and managed by IML. Sandhurst manages the cash and short term securities component of the Fund.
- Low minimum initial investment of $2,000
- Half yearly income distributions
- Regular savings plan available with as little as $50 a month
- Ready-made diversification
- Access to leading investment managers
To invest in this style, you would be willing to forego immediate liquidity (access to your money) and would seek the higher risk investments (like equities, stock, property and bonds). You are comfortable with, long term investments. This type of portfolio would usually see 80%+ in growth assets.
Recommended investment timeframe
Recommended for at least a 5 year investment period.
