Yes, we currently have a native BID mobile app for iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
For security reasons, please only download the BID mobile app via the official App Stores or directly via the App Store links on your device.
Enable touch or facial recognition login on your device so you can conveniently access your share trading account. This is done by following the onscreen instructions after initial login.
We recommend that you only ever store your own fingerprints on your mobile device. If anyone else’s fingerprints are registered on your device, they will be authorised to access your BID trading account and you will be responsible for their orders.
Yes, you can access the BID mobile app provided your mobile phone/tablet has access to the internet. If you are on international roaming, additional carrier charges may apply.
Yes, the BID mobile app supports all the order types available on the platform.
Sharesight™ offers a separate app, which will track your tax data held with them. To find out more about the Sharesight™ mobile app click here.
Yes, with a Leveraged margin loan account you can view a summary of the loan, Investments, collateral and available funds in addition to placing and amending orders.
Dynamic data can be enabled at any time from the app settings menu. Simply Click on settings and next to the ‘Dynamic data enabled’ option, slide the slider to the right to enable or to the left to disable.
Subscribers to ‘Live’ or ‘Streaming’ (dynamic) data can view the full ASX depth from within the app.
No, you are only able to access your account through either the website or the mobile app at any one time. If you attempt to log into both platforms at the same time, you will be disconnected from your previous session.
The BID mobile app does not currently have access to advanced charts. There is however basic charting that can be used as a quick reference guide.
