If you are a new customer we will need to verify both your identity and your child's:
Parent/Guardian bring any two of:
- Drivers Licence
- Passport
- Medicare
Child must bring both:
- Birth certificate
- Medicare
Eligibility
- You need to be an Australian citizen or resident
- Be aged 12 years or under
Joint or Business accounts
Not available as a joint account or for Business customers
