How it works
The Fund predominantly invests in Bendigo Balanced Wholesale Fund and Bendigo Balanced Index Fund (the Underlying Investments) which are managed by a selection of high quality, leading active and index investment managers across a variety of asset classes in a manner that Sandhurst believes will meet the investment return objective.
The typical investor would like to see long term growth with the willingness to accept some negative impact to their investment over the shorter term.
The neutral position of the Fund is 60% growth assets and 40% defensive assets. Through its holdings in the Underlying Investments, the strategic asset class allocation range of the Fund is:
|Property & infrastructure||0%||20%|
The strategic asset class allocation provides an indication of the intended holdings through the Underlying investments and actual holdings may be higher or lower.
- Low minimum investment of $500
- Regular income with capital growth
- Half yearly income distributions
- Add to your investment at any time (min additional investment $100) or;
- Regular savings plan available with as little as $50 a month
- Ready-made diversification
To invest in this style, you are willing to accept some risk in return for potential higher returns over the medium to longer term. This type of portfolio would often see around 40% defensive assets, 60% growth assets.
Recommended investment timeframe
Recommended for at least a 4 year investment period.
