Winter coats for the winter coat drive
Winter Coat Drive

We'd like to thank our community for the support they've given in donating warm winter coats to Reaching Out in the Inner West of Melbourne.

Since 2005, Reaching Out in the Inner West has been completely self-funded. Providing meals, non-perishable food, toiletries, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows and warm clothing. All this for people experiencing homelessness or generally struggling.

2020 was a tough year as groups needing support grew from approximately 80 a week to 200.

With the motto “Love all, serve all, help ever, hurt never”, the group of volunteers meets every Monday at 5.45pm in Nicholson Street Mall in Footscray. Where they welcome volunteers to join them.
