Update - Monday 3 August 2020

As an essential service, we aim to keep our branches open as part of our commitment to providing a COVID-safe service to the community.

Face coverings must be worn by all customers and staff at Victorian bank branches, unless they fall within one of the published exemptions. This condition meets Victorian Government requirements.

Update - Wednesday 8 July 2020

Bendigo Bank’s personal and business customers, who are experiencing reduced incomes or extended financial difficulty, may be eligible for a further loan repayment deferral period of up to four months.

If you have an existing deferral arrangement, we’ll contact you to discuss your circumstances near the end of your six-month repayment relief period.

Customers who can restart paying their loans will be required to do so at the end of the six-month deferral period.

Visiting our branches

If you need to visit a branch, only go if you are well and observe the social distancing and face covering guidelines. Look for these guidelines as you enter the branch and be aware guidelines can change.
Check your local branch’s operating hours as these may have changed and where possible please use our ATMs, e-banking or the Bendigo Bank app for your banking. 

The safety of our customers and staff is our priority. Please use an alternative to visiting us in person if:

  • You have returned from overseas within the last 14 days;
  • You have knowingly been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19) or has returned from overseas within the last 14 days; or
  • You are displaying flu-like symptoms.
