Can I temporarily block my card if it is stolen or misplaced?

You can temporarily block your card using the app or on the website via the Deactivate/Reactive option. If you are unable to locate your card you will need to contact us on 1300 790 065 in Australia or +61 3 5485 7899 overseas to arrange it to be closed so you can activate your back up card.
