How do I deregister my Automatic Security Token?
To deregister your device as an Automatic Security Token, you will have to logon to e-banking and select Settings > Manage Devices. This will show you the list of registered devices (each of your devices that have Four-digit PIN access) and the status of the Automatic Security Token.
Select Deregister device to remove the Four-digit PIN and deactivate any Automatic Security Token on that device.
After deregistering your device, you will have to select Settings > Setup Four-digit PIN if you would like to enable your Four-digit PIN for that device again. If this is not completed, you will need to use your Access ID and Password on your next logon to that device until you choose to setup your Four-digit PIN again.
