Can I change my security token settings?

Yes. You can check and update your Security Token Settings on e-banking. As a minimum, your token will be required for adding a new Pay Anyone Contact, or alternatively, paying Pay Anyone Contacts.

Logon > Settings> Change Your Token Settings > follow the prompts.

If you are using the Bendigo Bank app, you may also be able to automate your security token.

If you have automated your security token in the Bendigo Bank app, we will automatically apply the maximum amount of security possible on your behalf. Your Security Token Settings listed on the Change Your Token Settings screen will continue to apply to the e-banking website and any Bendigo Bank app that has not been registered as an Automatic Security Token.

If you have automated your security token in the Bendigo Bank app, you can view the status by selecting Settings > Manage Devices.
