Why do I need my Security Token if I have Four-digit PIN?

The Four-digit PIN function allows faster and secure access to e-banking via the Bendigo Bank app. This function remains optional so you may choose to retain your Security Token as part of your logon process.

When adding a Contact for BPAY or Pay Anyone payments, making payments, updating your personal details or creating a new PayID, your Security Token can provide another level of security.
