How do I provide feedback about e-banking?

If you have accessed e-banking using a web browser, when you Logoff click the 'Provide feedback' button located on the Logoff page. If you’re using the Bendigo Bank app, you can provide feedback by choosing the menu icon, the three horizontal lines at the login screen and tapping 'Provide Feedback', or you can send us a message by tapping the envelope, message screen and the pen/paper icon in the top right. Or you can call us on 1300 236 344.
