Which iOS and Android operating systems and Bendigo Bank app versions, are currently supported by Bendigo Bank?

If you have an iPhone, operating system 9.0 and above is supported.

For Android users, operating system 4.4 and above is supported.

If you can’t download or access the Bendigo Bank app on your mobile phone for any reason, you can use your mobile web browser to logon at m.bendigobank.com.au.

Logging in via your mobile web browser provides you with the same features as the Bendigo Bank app, except you cannot login with a four-digit PIN or access the branch and ATM locator.

How do I know if my version of the Bendigo Bank app is the most recent version?

If you have an iPhone or Android your phone will either automatically update your app when an upgrade becomes available, or notify you when an upgrade becomes available.

You can always check for upgrades by visiting the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and search for the Bendigo Bank app.

Is the Bendigo Bank app available for Windows mobile phones, Blackberry, etc?

Customers who have Windows or Blackberry mobile phones can access e-banking by visiting the Bendigo Bank website on their web browser.

Bendigo Bank continues to monitor trends in mobile phone usage, and adapts its offerings based on these trends. Currently, the vast majority of our customers use iPhone or Android devices for which the Bendigo Bank app is available.

How do I know what operating system I have?

On most devices you can find out the operating system (including which version of the operating system you have) by selecting the ‘Settings’ area on your device. Further information can be found in your device user guide.

Alternatively, type in www.whatismyiosversion.com (for iPhones) or www.whatismyandroidversion.com (for Android) into your web address bar and the information will be displayed.

How do I know what browser I am using?

Type www.whatismybrowser.com into the web address bar of your smart phone and the information will be presented.

How do I update my browser?

You can visit the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and download a new browser app. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

I am experiencing problems using e-banking from the mobile website m.bendigobank.com.au on my Android device.

Try using a different browser. You can download Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox from Google Play (Play Store) for free.

Try using a different browser. e-banking supports Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, and we endeavour to support as many Android browsers as best we can.

How do I provide feedback about e-banking?

If you have accessed e-banking using a web browser, when you Logoff click the 'Provide feedback' button located on the Logoff page. If you’re using the Bendigo Bank app, you can provide feedback by choosing the menu icon, the three horizontal lines at the login screen and tapping 'Provide Feedback', or you can send us a message by tapping the envelope, message screen and the pen/paper icon in the top right.
